Rating: 5 stars. Christa did an excellent job of working with us. She kept us informed as to the progress of the sale of the home. When we had questions, Christa was quick and professional in getting answers to us. And she is just a very nice person. Thank you for helping us with the sale of Peter's house. This was a difficult time for the family and Christa was very helpful in getting us through the process.

I can say with confidence that when I sell my house I'm going through Christa. Her professionalism coupled with her good-natured disposition was a winning combination for me. Christa kept me informed, offered good advice/counsel but wasn't pushy about it. She operated at my speed and never hesitated to back up to explain things I did not understand.

Christa is an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond to find us our home. We lived out of state and Christa showed us many houses virtually and as well as took us on tours when we came to the Milwaukee area for the purpose of finding a place to live. Christa is warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the Milwaukee area in general and real estate specifically. She was also readily available to answer any questions that we had via email, text, and cell phone. Christa made homebuying a smooth experience. We highly recommend her for anyone needing to sell or purchase a home and plan on using her as our realtor in the future when the time comes to sell our place.

I had such a positive experience working with Christa when searching for my single family home! She was crucial in navigating the complex home-buying market and got me the right price during the right time! She was always on the ball to schedule any showings I sent her for prospective homes and patient when it wasn't the one, helping me recognize what I did and did not like. She walked me through the entire process, sending me any documents I needed to sign, giving me recommendations for contractors for quotes to provide with the offer, and provided great advice along the way. The process is so overwhelming and complicated, but she always walked me through it and told me everything I needed to know. When I found the right house, we put in my first and only house offer and it was accepted within days! I couldn't believe how fast it occurred! I was floored by how seamless it unfolded, no complications and I'm so pleased with my new home! Christa was such a joy from start to end that even the seller's realtor commented on how nice it was to work with her! Looking forward to working with her again when the next home transition calls.
